I had a long day/night yesterday, but I did: check out the projector, get my official transcript printed, hang out with Krystle, find out that macy's doesn't carry harajuku watches, find out that my bro's books aren't carried by the u bookstore (and took down some other names of books he might want), i bought "the pedagogy of the oppressed" by paulo friere (which i've been wanting to read since I've heard of his theories on education --!!!--), bought guitar hero 3 bundle for the xbox 360, this surgery game for the wii (:D), two shirts from aeropostale (50% off!!), a wireless router, and a wrapping around thingy for my boxes when I pack up and leave. :( I am so blissfully content with my purchases; the only thing I've left to do is by my brother his books, and perhaps... look for a gift for both my mom and dad? But what would I buy?! HM. That deserves some musing on. Let me simmer on that. I also helped Krystle put up her Christmas tree and watched Frosty the Snowman and Santa Claus is Coming To Town cartoons.
It doesn't mean all I have to do is done, though. I need to proofread, print out, and submit the MIRT by hand to their office at the health sciences building (as soon as possible), grab some boxes that are hopefully waiting in the garage so i can put my stuff in them, pack with frenzy and like a madman, pack up my luggage/s, deal with the checking situation. Print out pictures to post on the walls of my room in the Philippines.
God. I'm going to miss this place, and all the randomness I get involved with everyday. I'm only going to be gone for 3 months, but still... that's a lot of interaction that could happen in 3 months. Seattle has come to grow on me, and when the time comes for me to leave after graduation, I don't know how I'll sum up the courage to.
