Okay, so today my dad rented 'The Empire Strikes Back' and 'Return of the Jedi' from Blockbuster, on DVD. This is what it said on the back of the 'Empire Strikes Back' box:
"With Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher and Billy Dee Williams backfires. Meanwhile, Han Solo and Leia must take refuge in the breathtaking Cloud City. DVD includes audio commentary. That's a direct copy from the back of the box.
And as for Hayden Christensen showing up at the end of 'Return of the Jedi', well, this is the explanation provided on imdb.com:
"A digital rendering of Hayden appears in the 2004 DVD version of
Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi (1983), as the spirit of Anakin Skywalker. This replaced
Sebastian Shaw as the ghostly image that appears beside Obi-Wan Kenobi and Yoda at the end of the film."
