I am almost finished my 12 hour shift with the terminal twin.  The other one expired yesterday.  Mom is very accepting of the entire situation, and the whole family is very sweet.  This little guy is a real sweetie and reminds me of a baby I liked taking care of when I worked at CHOP.  I am going to try and pick up more hours here - my only problem

Do not feel guilty if you are beyond tired and need Arik looked after so you can rest. I'm sorry about the terminal babies.. that's always hard. But if ever I had a baby and it needed a lot of love, I'd want you to be the nurse. You are one of a kind, girly.

Happy Birthday Bethanyyy.. (I should look up her LJ and post...) 16 years old.. oh my. And good luck with the IUI.. I know you wanna give it another go, but I wish you all the luck to land the cheerios. I love you guys..
