ahhh...writing in the thing i never write in.
the strangest thing happened. i was really bored and perusing the fortean times website (truly fantastic if you're really bored). and i come across an "it happened to me" article written by my girlfriend from 10 years ago. she's got a somewhat unusual name, and she obviously still lives in the same town, so i kneew it was her. very weird. i hadn't thought about her in a long time. think i may have to call her, just to see what a decade did.
other than that, my switch to bass has gone extremely well. i have people calling me about playing shows with them already, and i know that i am at least playing a show in columbus, ohio on april 4th. (you hear that, mysterious disappearing madison? i expect your presence). i'm playing with this amazing young singer songwriter named matt sinfield. the show will be at victorian's midnight cafe, so tell all your friends.
