a day well spent
The plan had been to spend all day Sunday at home working on Raglan prep -- finishing up a few garments, working on a banner I'm making, maybe cutting out the last item -- but instead when Gwen and I hit the charity shops Saturday to scout out curtains/blankets/pillowcases to turn into garb, both of us were drawn, like magpies, to the black netting with holographic sequins all over it.
So on the way home we picked up some elastic, some black satin and some pink satin, and I was pretty sure I still had one lone zipper at home (I was right!), and instead, yesterday I spent all day making us matching skirts.
