Argh. Who killed my E. coli? There ought to be at least SOME on SOME plates! Maybe the incubator temperature was too high. Blrgh. I have to tell my partners that the zero test cycle we did this week was really a zero thing. Nothing really functioned, neither on the ship, nor on the lab. It's like general rehearsal - when it's bad, the condert will be fine, so I hope the real tests will go fine.
And can anyone please tell my enterococcae to colour themselves black now? Argh.
