Holy shit, she's alive!
... >.> I'm quite sure I've been neglecting this place (and my flist - I'm so sorry, babes!)
But, a lot has been going on, some exciting others not so much and just make me want to slit my wrists, so perhaps you can find it in your hearts to forgive me? :3
But yes, there are really two reasons I'm making this post today! One is, I want very much to share with any interested some of the hilarious antics I, Anna, and Leah have been up to lately with our lovely Forsaken ladies. Also, I have GRAVE MATTERS OF PLANNING to discuss! :D
First things first, the planning!
I know I've spoken to at least one person here (I'm looking at you, Erin!) about this, but I am absolutely determined to go to A-Kon this summer. (For those not in the know, it's a convention in Dallas, May 29-31.) This really won't be too terribly difficult, but the cost of lodging may prove prohibitive if I can't pull together a large enough group to split a hotel room. I don't remember where we stayed in last time, but if I recall, there were about 6 of us in one room and it ended up being a little over $30 per person (correct me if I'm wrong about that - it's been a couple years!) Even if it ended up being $50 per person, I think that's completely doable. SO, who's with me? I'd like to stay all three days, probably driving up there early Friday morning (or Thursday night, depending on ya'lls preferences) and leaving Sunday afternoon. It would be TONS of fun, yes? And we can go in costumes and see the Roosterteeth panel (YESYESYESYESYES) and get all sorts of fun pictures and look at all the cool ass gear and...! Any takers? :D
Okay, now that that's done... Time for picspam!
After a dungeon (which was this, Leahbun? I can't remember XD), we started dancing... this will become a very familiar sight. >.>
Anna and I's little troll alts seem to have the same habit. XD Particularly when it comes to ALLIANCE DANCE PARTIES!!
Hitting 30 was a time for celebration. Why? MOUNTS!! Weeee! :D
Somehow, everything becomes that much more epic when you have mounts~
We've been to many places now, including Dalaran - which was beautiful and a nightmare.
In fact, we spent a lot of our time there... dead. >.>
And Nau really liked Mulgore - the bright colors were refreshing!
I've lost count of how many runs we did of Scarlet Monastery... but we did victory dance on the altar!
And were so skilled that we synchronize hearthed/ported home! :D
And in another run, Denwen demonstrated why I love that blizzard attack so very damn much. <3 SO PRETTY~
Our lovely SM group, post-dungeon! :D All three of us got some pretty awesome new gear.
And commemorated the occassion with our traditional dance party!! :D
The past several days (and continuing), WoW has been celebrating the Lunar Festival. We travelled around collecting the elder coins. Some of the festivities were quite extravagant!
This also meant that Horde and Alliance often came into contact, and some people are just assholes... Luckily the guards generally took care of them!
We used our collected elder coins to buy ourselves cute festival dresses! :D We all got a green one and a purple one, but the green one looked hideous in this location. XD
And finally (yes, the pictures are almost over! 8D), just last night we had quite a blast doing battleground at Arathi Basin! Got over 100 honor kills (yay for acheivement), kicked some major ass, and got my own ass handed to me... too many times to count. x_x But it was fun!
