LIFE COLLEGE IS UNIVERSAL
Totally meant to post this yesterday, but better late than never!
Went to Atlanta Pride on Saturday, which was satisfyingly covered in gaytastic rainbows. There was a lone protester about a block from the festival entrance preaching on about Jesus and it rained off and on all day, but other than that everything went smoothly! I finally got to hear Athens Boys Choir, which in spite of the name is actually a transsexual man who performs spoken word.
bleached_drama posted some good youtube clips, but a casual search can bring up anything you may want to know. All I'll say is that it was fantastic!

LIFE UNIVERSITY. LIFE FUCKING UNIVERSITY WAS AT THE PRIDE FESTIVAL! I NEARLY SHAT MYSELF IN GLEE! SORRY TO SAY I SAW NO SIGN OF JEMSEM, BUT

I'VE BEEN HARD AT WORK AT LIFE COLLEGE FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW, AND WHILE I STILL HAVEN'T REACHED THE LEVELS OF MASTERY THAT JEMSEM HAS, I THINK I AM LEARNING WELL. I THINK LIFE U NEEDS TO TALK TO THEIR PR REP THO, CAUSE THE BOOTH DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A DIKSHUNARY, AND THAT'S PRACTICALLY THE MECCA OF LIFE COLLEGE LEARNINGS. IT'S STILL NICE TO SEE THEM TRYING TO RECRUIT - AND FROM THE APPROPRIATELY GAY COMMUNITY, NO LESS!
