grr-argh
So i have no idea whats going on with my live journal at the moment. is it all wonky for everyone else? how do i fix it? arghhhhhhhhhh!
anyway, so i heard back from the mail room job i went for. i heard on thursday afternoon, but its been a busy long weekend and im a lazy typer.
they didnt offer me the job. but, there is a plus side to this negative side. they said, that i was
1: too intelligent for this position
2: i would get bored
3: i would be wasted
4: they loved me
so its all positive, especially the intelligent part. Which i like to mention quite frequently at the moment. eg: "Shut up, deniz. im intelligent now" HA!
but at the end of they day i didnt get the job. does this mean i should act stupid in interviews? gah!
what they did say is there is a position opening up in a couple of weeks for an junior receptionist or assistant or something, im not sure what it is, and they are keeping me in mind. ive emailed the agency woman to find out more today. hopefully she will get back to me, after all, im intelligent now. So maybe something will come of it. ive jsut got another interview tomorrow for card and caboodle, so ill go to that. i dont really want the job but it will be good experience. and then ive been invited to another interivew for an office junior position through a cousin of a friend of mine, which is on thursday at another law firm. i never thought law would be my path.
so ill keep you updated with the goings on. i must eat and have a shower to go to work in 2 hours. :D
