Could you please stop freezing my bank accounts for no reason on a 2/3 weekly basis?
I appreciate the lovely apologies I get both from your customer service staff and in your letters, but to be honest I'd rather do without the hassle and would prefer it if your CONSTANT STUPID MISTAKES DIDN'T END UP ON MY SO FAR CLEAN CREDIT REPORT YOU BASTARDS.
