more dreams
I just woke up from a pretty fantastic dream.
I think I had just seen MuteMath again and afterwards I went to talk to Paul Meany -
-this guy (and the guy in my icon) from MuteMath
and he was SO nice. It seems that in my dream I had already talked to him before, the last time I had seen them, and he had remembered a bunch of pretty specific things about me. I told him that it felt good because it seems that most touring musicians, on the whole, don't really care about their fans too much. Then, he invited me to come to a show where they'd be taping their first DVD, and asked me if I had a sister or friend that would want to come along, and then he told me it was going to be in Missouri. I told him that'd be awesome, and I'd LOVE to, but I don't have the resources to do something like that at this point. Then he told m turn over a sheet that was placed in front of me - a sheet kind of like an I-9 that meant the band wanted to employ me!!!!
ACK. Why can't this kind of stuff be real? haha. I want to tour with a band so badly.
Yes I know that's a pretty pathetic dream, but I want to remember it. Paul was really nice in my dream...I've only met him once back in October and he seemed nice then. Maybe next time I'll get to talk to him again.
