The raw went up during my lunch break. Yippee!

So, of course, I abandon my doodle project and rush off to watch the episode 24 -- the final episode.
~~~ Warning: Spoiler follows.~~~
Damn, they did a great job with it. First half is the battle with Ashela. She was still interested in Sebastian, you know. Heh, angel or not, she's only a woman, and who could resist a handsome devil like Sebastian? Figures. XD But Sebastian bluntly proclaimes that he is not interested in a woman who's into BESTIALITY! (Tell 'er, Sebby! The writers were good in this episode!)
Anyhow, things looked a little bad in the middle. He has his left arm cut off by Ash. Nah, the devil doesn't die from a flesh wound like that. (Is it just me or does he look as if to say, "That does feel good...")
Time to turn into his true form to unleash the wrath of Hell onto the evil angel.
We know he wears spikey heels and lots and lots of black feathers, but we don't get to see his "true, ugly, repulsive form".
But before he turns into his true form, he asks Ciel to keep his eyes closed until he tells him it's OK to open his eyes. Sebastian didn't want Ciel to see his ugly form. Awwwww. (So, no, it's not what you think. It's not a yaoi scene here... XD)
Battle was over quickly once Sebastian unleashed Hell upon Ash. Ash was counting on Pluto to pitch in, but he was killed by the servants. (Almost too easy. XD )
As promised, Ciel bravely faces death square in the eyes. Sebastian takes him to a special place to take his soul.
Ciel: "Does it hurt?"
Sebastian: "A little... I'll be gentle."
Ciel:"No, make it extremely painful. So my soul will remember how alive I was..."
Sebastian: "Yes, my lord."
This part contained a tiny bit of yaoi-ish moment when Sebastain caressed Ciel's cheek and took his eye patch off with his right hand.
Anime has been good about fan service, this is another example here. This audio bit's going to be mixed with the infamous "corset" clip from ep. 4 for a really yummy... ahem... really naughty video.
I'd have to say, although I didn't cry, it was a good ending. I would have preferred Ashela remained in Angela form rather than Ash for the battle scene and subsequent death scene, but I can't complain too much. It was beautifully doneand I loved it.
