My daughter came running into the house to tell me that the daffodil greens are coming up. She knows how fond of daffodils and tulips I am and she came to tell me as soon as she spotted the tiny tips of the green poking above the ground when she was playing outside with the cats. I love her!!! :D
Our daffodils are out in the open and not close to any structures so they are usually late in blooming compared to other people's in the neighborhood. (We start to see daffodils flowering in late Feb. on average. My daffodils don't start till well into March.) This winter was not particularly long or harsh for us, so I expect things to be right on time or maybe even slightly ahead of schedule. I can't wait! I want to plant some new rose bushes this spring and maybe even rework the old and outgrown perennials garden in the front yard. I'm feeling motivated!
For three nights in a row, I dreamed about drawing. My dreams are always in color and details seem so real. I was doing, "Kaguya Hime" art, then "Claymore" fanart, and "Kuroshitsuji" fanart. And they were all coming out so fast and smooth I was like, "This is awesome... everything is awesome... not a single click on 'undo'..." (That should tell me right there that it's a dream! LOL XD) Ideas keep coming faster than I can actually pump them out in real life. Yep, I'm still enjoying doodling. :D
