Finished writing a Sesshy fanfic. Yay!

Today was productive.  Got my translation done -- typed and sent.  And I finished my InuYasha fanfic that I started yesterday afternoon.  I wasn't sure about how I was going to end it, but... as those things often go, the story wrote itself.

Same here about the anime series. They had way too much "remember when" reminiscning scenes about everything every episode (as if desperately trying to stall). It may not have been bad if you were watching it in Japan once every week, but when you watch in US on Cartoon Network, M~Th, and then some on Sat., it became too much. I knew a lot of fans were NOT happy when they quit the anime series midway with loose ends everywhere.

I had asked my sister in Japan to send me the manga volumes whenever she came across them at used bookstores. I have them all the way up to vol.55 now. Since the series ended in June of this year, I figure there'd be just one more vol. to go. Sesshy had a rather nice emotional transformation that made him all the more attractive (if that was possible...) toward the last third of the series. Too bad the anime fans will never see that side of him...

And Rumiko Takahashi definitely overdoes that "huge eye" look! The whole series was like "as told from chibi perspective". XD "Huge eyes" definitely does not go with cool dudes.

Agreed. That's mostly why I burned out on it. Because it was on ALL THE TIME. The way the anime ended wasn't really ending it. lol But more a feeling of "oh well they just gave up on it".

The manga I hear is a different story though. AND it is totally too bad we never get to see those parts of Sesshoumaru. X\ I bet it added a lot of depth to his character. Makes me wish I had read the manga now lol

Hahaha yeahhhhh I agree big eyes are not for characters like Sesh. XD
