Just a quick update #3

Sasha got through the night, though still in some pain. However, this morning, she tried to go to our family nurse practioner and she REFUSED to see her, saying that she went AMA (against medical advice) and she didn't want to see her.  ACK!!!

Apparently that caused her enough stress that the pain increased, and the vomitting started up again, as ( Read more... )

Poor Sasha, that is just horrid, the pains you describe make me cringe, it must hurt so badly. I hope they can find something to help her with the pains.

I’ve not hear of an anodyne treatment before, my mom has neuropothy as well, and maybe I can suggest it to her.

I am excited you are getting your chair soon, that will be great!

It is horrid. They have given her some meds and sent her home -- I have to update the journal to let y'all know.

Look up anodyne. I am the only one my physical therapist treats, but it does help healing and circulation. It is light/heat going through your legs. Hard to describe. Feels nice, though.

I'm so excited, too! Now we have to work on getting a ramp planned out.

Guess whose quilt Bear was working on today -- the second one? yup! Gorgeous log cabin, BTW!

I read she was able to go home, I hope they can diagnose her and be able to treat her. I’ve known people with Crohn’s disease and it can be very dehabilitating. I wish her all the best *hugs*

I looked it up, and that is so interesting that it can make the blood circulate better, I’ve never seen anything like it? I forwarded some info to my dad, maybe the can look into it for my mom, I know the neuropothy is painful for her.

Awesome to know Bear is working on my quilt yay! Did he already to the pumpkin one? The log cabin is for my grandma, she is so excited to get it :) Thanks for working on them for me.

Pumpkin one is done, and it looks great! Blowing Leaves looks really good on it. I think it is a really cute quilt.

He'd doing Spring Thing on the other one, and is about halfway done. Life has been so stressful-- Bear is SO very sorry that it has taken so long. Also, the log cabin is a very large quilt and it takes a long time to load it and prepare for each row, then quilt it. It looks wonderful so far~!

I didn’t know you had the pumpkin one done already yay! Please don’t apologize for having them for so long, it honestly hasn’t bothered me at all! I am just excited when I get them back, because that means more finished quilts :D
