yesterday, we went to see my endocrinologist, who gave me an excellent report of my blood work. Cholesteral, blood count, everything is looking really good. The infection I've been fighting (which seems to be returning in my sinus, believe it or not, and I'm still on Levaquin) has caused my blood sugars to be up so my A1c was 7.6, which I am NOT happy with.

Bear had his CT scan done on Tuesday but they won't have the results until next Monday due to the holidays. It is scary that he could have a tumor, Addison's Disease, or lung cancer. All prayers are very much appreciated at this time.

Tonight, the girls are all coming over. In fact, Bear just left to go pick up Emmie. She is chomping at the bit to get home. Adie and Sasha are supposed to be here this evening, but we got a call yesterday that Adie ate a not-well-cooked pork chop the night before and got food poisoning. So whether or not she is coming, and if she comes, if she will eat or drink, is all up in the air. Silly woman. Sometimes I wonder if she intentionally sabatoges, you know? I hope not. She saw that the pork chop was too pink, but was too lazy to get up and cook it some more... just hoped it would be okay. Well, it wasn't. Yuck.

We went to the stores yesterday after going to the doctor's, and you can imagine how crazy it was. It was rather nice for me, though, because I hadn't been out for so long. We went to Sam's where I got a present for Bear (Sudoku calendar, which he did see)and supplies for Christmas Eve and Christmas. Then to Walmart, where it was insane with people.

We got some pj's for Emmie, and food supplies. Didnt' even have a full cart and it took 2 hours and cost way too much.

Last night I woke up in a dead panic, my heart racing like mad. I'd only had 2 hours of sleep. The Provigil had cranked up my heart rate and it wouldn't go down. I laid awake for about 3 hours, and then finally slept for about 3.5 I'm taking a fourth tablet again today, instead of the halves I was taking while I was sick (including yesterday).

Merry Christmas!
