I don't do well with audio books. Nor do I do well reading things on a lit screen for long periods of time.

I love audiobooks. it took awhile to get the hang of it, and I always have a bit of trouble at the very beginning, but it is soooo worth it to listen while sewing.

My MIL listens to them and does well with them. Me? When I'm trying to do something like that, I miss stuff so I have to rewind and go back and...well, it's just frustrating. :)

I understand. Somehow, that doesn't happen to me. Sometimes I have to back up the iPod because I missed something, but not very often. Kinda like how some kids do homework better with music ON rather than off.

I have a few friends that have a Kindle. I'm intrigued by them...but wish they were less expensive!

I want one. I saw one that was by Sony in Sam's and it was about 100 dollars cheaper than the Kindle. Still too rich for my blood. I want one though, and I could get rid of a lot of my books. I still love to feel, smell, hold a paper book but I woulnd't get rid of all my books, just some!
