The Situation
You're on a large lifeboat in the middle of the Pacific. You've figured out that given the frequency of traffic in your region of the ocean, you're virtually guaranteed to be found within a month. Unfortunately, you only have enough fresh water to support the ten people on your raft for half that time. To make matters worse, you come upon a new person floating in the ocean and asking to be rescued roughly once every hour. What do you do? What if two people on the boat get into a fight and look like they may kill each other?
