funny thing... while i was eating with andrea, i brought up a topic that i had been mulling over for quite some time... it concerns Jesus, and his teachings about 'loving thine enemies'...
i have been reading the gospels, and have been doing some introsepection lately... and i realized that, while, i have absolutley no problem loving people (as long as they are my friends, family, or just plain 'lovable people', i DO have a problem with loving my 'enemies' (ie. stupid starbux custies)... ) and told her that i want to work on loving my enemies more.
she asked if i had read her LJ in which she had talked about the same thing ....(i had not)...
strange, huh?
well, i am also asking for prayer in that matter, and in general. i have a few things brewing right now in my life that could use some prayer.... and i would duly appreciate it.
