ALRIGHT.
Feeling pretty good so far.
For breakfast, I had some fruision juice, and then tried to drink this odwalla protein thing with oatmilk...I took one sip and poured the rest down the sink. Terrible! So I made a blackberry, banana and soymilk smoothie. It had a richer taste than I expected, but it was good.
For lunch, I'm having a salad with roasted chicken, and some pepitas thrown in since I'm having a salt craving. XD Pepitas are actually quite good for you! Which makes me happy because I like them. ^^
Not sure what dinner is going to be though.
Now the detox thing says I should do some yoga or something...I'll probably just do my dance stretches and maybe some stuff at the ballet barre.
Yay for a good start! :D
