Okay, so I just spent my Christmas Holidays in NAWLINS so my body is full of fat and sugar....(the food was SO good).
Anywho, I wanted to rejuvinate my body as well as make some healthier lifestyle changes so I decided to do a post holiday detox that I found in body and soul magazine. I have three preparation days to eat healthily, and do some fitness tests to myself to see how close I am to reaching my own personal goals. (I'll update with those results later).
And so, here I am eating stir fry (white meat chicken with brown rice and broccoli, yellow squash, carrots, and onions). Quite good actually.
And with that, I am off to start my fitness tests. XD
