Since I'm being totally lazy today, which is bad, here's what I was doing.

First sketch - eyes are scaring me, so....white

and face one the left - great expression!

Yesh, fear the eyes! I do this to a lot of people actually, I have such a hard time coloring eyes just right.

Very very pale light blue shadows, I swear by them. (Also, they were on the cheat sheet I got back when I started painting).

*Hits head* School you have taught me nothing!
I should start listen to teachers now, I have a feeling they told me this and of course, my brain was somewhere else. We mostly did black and white painting the last year though so it makes sense I didn't really listen.

*lol* Well, now you've had a reminder. :) Yeah, B&W painting is bleaghhh... I hate value painting, even if it's useful.

As do I. And I had those "everything must be prefect" teachers too.
I had to do a value thing with 5 and I did it 3 times because it wasn't good enough.
