47nite - Day 88
*sigh* Still falling in and out of productivity. == My friend is out of the hospital though(!) I had honestly feared the worst because of the severity of her issue and how little information I was getting from her family, but she seems to be on the rebound now. :')
With Summer coming to an end soon I thought to focus on revamping my portfolio; specifically try my hand at a 60-second reel.
This sequence will probably only take up a fraction of the reel (everything else will be accredited work) but I thought it'd be snazzy to string together a board-a-matic as either a lead-in or a bookend. A lot of these frames were already lightly sketched out from an old 2012 project, but I went back in and darkened/toned everything (which is the only way the scanner will pick it up, lolz)
(you can probably guess what movie this was supposed to be for based on a few clues, but it's okay, it's long past being under NDA. Also it was never used.) XD;
I still need to figure out what music to play for my reel. I honestly have no clue what genre to go with?? :/ I could go with what I personally like, but having J-RPG music might clash with the footage. XD;;;
