Whew, been one busy week!! Bunch of random sketches and stuff for now... (I also watched Dunkirk Wednesday night in 70mm... it was a good film but it made me so motionsick lmao)
Been trying to get back at work on my outline for Iris, and honestly I'm just itching and ready to start the script already-!! Wish me luck~

Random sketchbook page.... 'cuz I've been feeling pretty artslumped traditionally, to be honest. Not sure how to get out of this funk, if it's just about the tools I'm using or what... (top left are studies/sketches from Pocahontas by Loic Locatelli, their art is super-nice!! Some things are dated from older but a bunch are from this weekend.)

My roommate is doing the 30-day monster girl challenge and told me to do it too, but I doubt I'll be able to keep up... here's day 1 though, Harpy, and also a harpy girl I've wanted to design for Iris maybe. She's got a messenger bag hahaha, and I figure she wears the bandana to try and keep her hair down. (And harpies look soft and fluffy with all of their feathers, but, really, most of them don't like to be touched lmao.)
I really want to get into the habit of doing daily sketches/warm-up doodles before work starts, hmmm.... That, or staying late after work to draw for myself, haha! Gotta get into the habit~
