Day 64
Did you know the Legend of Korra team is looking for storyboard artists??? I SURE DIDN'T UNTIL LAST NIGHT! :D That's why I'm dropping everything to do a quick fight sequence and send it off to them with my application. On a related note: Toonboom Storyboard Pro is pretty rad.
First though I did some quick sketches of Korra and Asami (bc they're the best and they're the ones I want to draw fighting) just to make sure I can mimic the style well enough. Idk, I think I'll be fine.
Also, I decided I didn't really like the original story I had planned for my senior project so I think I'll go with something else. The new idea is this concept for an animated series I thought up a while back. It's about a bunch of kids who work in one of those Chuck-E Cheese-type entertainment centers, like those ones with arcades and go-karts and mini golf and shit. Except this particular one is crazy and seemingly infinite in size and they keep stumbling upon war-torn battlefields (laser tag) and endless oceans of colorful balls. (ball pit)
