BSG icon help?

I really want a picture from the end of this weekend's BSG episode as a userpic: Adama alone in the raptor, reading. (I think that's not any kind of a spoiler.) Can anyone help me make one? I can resize an image, but I don't know how to find/make the image.

They make BSG icons constantly, and I'll bet if you request soemthing particular they'd make it.
