Something Amazing Happened - A Wallpaper To Share...
Okay so I've been making wallpapers for a while and one of the wallpapers I made that is showcased on my Flickr page is based on the movie, "The Christmas Cottage" starring Jared Padalecki (of Supernatural fame). I was on YouTube earlier this morning and noticed a video still that happened to be most familiar. I clicked on the video and to my surprise it was a mini message from Thomas Kinkade (the painter himself) talking about the movie and lo and behold - my wallpaper was showcased as he spoke about the film.
It was really amazing and surreal at the same time because I've never gotten that sort of attention from anyone before and the fact that a movie, rather an autobiographical one starring Jared Padalecki and Sir Peter O'Toole made me a part of that history is astonishing.
