My First Art Plethora Post!!
Alright, so I'm totally new to this community but have been a lurker and a fan for quite sometime. I think all of you are so talented and as someone who aspires to be a great icon maker or music video creator, I am in awe of even being invited to such a community. A few days ago I got an email from
supermeklot and was invited to be a part of this community. I am honored and how can one resist such a warm welcome. So here I am...
Some of you who happen to be members of the other communities may have already seen this post before but I thought I'd share it here with the members of this community as well. I will indeed be posting up more graphics in the coming days but I thought I'd get started with this as it was my ticket to my invitation. I hope you all like my work and this is just the tip of the iceberg! ;)
Now I've had a lot of time on my hands since the highlight of my summer, being the American Idol summer tour is now over. I've just been reliving over and over again my favourite moments of meeting the Idols and the awesomeness that is the concert and wish it would never end. I really wish FOX picked up spin-off of this season and just followed them all along in a Big Brother fashion - that would be hilarious. Could you imagine the hysterics of Papa and Cook?
Enough of me rambling. So I made some LJ icons of my favourite Idols and wanted to share them with you all. I hope you enjoy them!

The numbers bolded in red are from screencaps of a Salt Lake video from YouTube user's video that I found here and here.

I've also created another fan music video of the Idols and that can be seen here at YouTube. It's supposed to be a cheesy video, so don't mind the song. It's Andy Williams' "The Way We Were". I wasn't very keen of the Barbra Streisand version. But then again, I'm not fond of the song at all. I just thought it looked funny with all the AI footage in slow-mo. Check it out and feedback for the video and icons would be appreciated!
