Snow and wierd me
So my trip to DC was cancelled. I was supposed to go and be all researchery for work, but the planes wouldn't cooperate. We shall see what the people I work with will say when I show up unexpected to work tommorrow! Incidently, the fact that a convention being held on/just before Valentine's Day is called "From Passion to Power" makes me roll my eyes. Not that I wouldn't do unbelieviably cheesy things (possibly on purpose) if slogan making were my job, but still.
I've been watching women's ice hockey. The teams have been mismatched so far, but I really like women's hockey in general. It keeps cracking me up that one of the main stars is Jenny Potter. I keep thinking, aww so Miss Weasley married him after all (and inexplicably changed the spelling of her first name and ditched the red hair). Ok, so I'm goofy.
