Diet Thoughts

I eat a lot of crap. I don't eat too much, but most of what I do eat is crap. And when I eat "well" I usually pay too much for it.

SO. Fueled by a decision to cut back on my sodium intake to try and reduce headaches (will be watching for 60 days, just as a test), I am also going to be making more of an effort to bring in my own healthy food so I do not always grab high sodium frozen stuff.

NOTES SO FAR;
--1st Break: Bagel w/ cream cheese
--Lunch: Carrots, cantaloupe, turkey sammich (lettuce, cucumber, ranch - if sick of turkey, roast beef)
--2nd Break: ???

Gotta doublecheck the nutrients on these, and obviously this will only change so much. But it's a start.
