Sparkling jet black vintage Czech crystal beads alternating with sterling silver rondelle beads inlaid with clear Swarovski crystal rhinestones, and crowned with a flourish of black hackle feathers. Mounted on a long silver-plated brass hat pin (end cap included). Can also function as a lapel stick pin.
