Sanguine Velvet Cabaret Stripe Mini Top Hat
Limited edition of 2. An eye-catching "mad hatter" style fluted red satin-covered miniature top hat striped with black velvet ribbon and edged with silky scroll braid around the brim (top and bottom). Garnished on one side with a large black silk rose, black ostrich feathers and a black velvet bow (the ends can be trimmed shorter upon request). A 1/4 inch (7mm) wide black elastic allows the hat to stay on, and a small clear acrylic comb attached to the bottom keeps it from shifting. Stands approx. 4 inches (10cm) high, ships in a clear plastic storage box.
