A one-of-a-kind full sized black permafelt top hat with some fabulously Steampunk embellishments: a plush burnout velvet hatband, an explosion of ostrich and coque feathers, and a centrepiece featuring a vintage clock face layered with clock gears and hands. The hands don't move unfortunately, but that's OK - even a stopped clock shows the right time twice a day. :P
