Seriously reminding me of the Ascot Opening Day scene in My Fair Lady, this lovely white satin-covered mini top hat is equally sure to turn heads. Black scroll trim, white faux pearls, black tulle veil, black & white feathers, black satin band and a white satin rose. The veil can be worn over the face or partially tucked up inside the hat. I've only got one right now, but will do more depending on how well this one goes over.
