(no subject)
so i guess since there's such a demand for updates on this lj business, i'll oblige. although, i've been slacking on my xanga posts as well. just busy, really. anyway, yesterday was awesome. dropped off some film, then val and i went to the skatepark in lawrence and she taught me a new trick. i might have done it...wait, i did! she was proud. so was kate. so was i. hung out on mass, got some bevs from kate at mass st. deli, etc etc *insert awesomeness here*. went to kc with val and she got her brakes looked at. went to the skatepark there. busted my arse pretty effin' hard. was a champ though. i'm not too discouraged, just in a bunch of pain. but that's okay. then last night we bought enough beer to last for days, brought alicia (such a cutiepants) *kiss* back from kansas city, and we sat on the deck and drank. molly ended up coming over too. so good to see her. anyway, it was a great night. today i got up and couldn't really move in my bed so i was like, "hm yeah so...work? awesome. saw me not being able to move." but i managed and went to work with a nine hour shift ahead of me. now, with my back all fucked up, this presented a challenge. however, my boss was (strangely enough...) really cool about it. so he let me come home. yay. anyway, that's all i've got now. more later.
