I just got off the phone with a lawyer, I have never been more angry in my life. And the worst part is that I'm powerless to change it. They gave to the plantiff (15000) that was from my policy she recieved more from the other people in the accident. She lied in her deposition and is receving money for "soft tissue damage" that could be anything including minor brusing or mild wiplash, since no one else in the accident susstainted major injuries. So my mother called the lawyer wanting to know why she got money, she wasnt there. Well she called back now and we had words, this lawyer was a patronising bitch who told me the increase was the best solution, well fuck her and fuck this justcie crap, she even had the audacity to claim that the accident was my fault THIS IS MY FUCKING LAWYER! She ignored what i said and told me that I would lose in court because of my tone well fuck her. Fuck connecticut I cant wait to get out.
