Some Help Please

So I commissioned a big artist on dA for an icon. They had a big YCH batch of icons.

On the 15th they posted the finished YCH's onto their profile, I haven't recieved a seperate/cut-out version yet. I sent them a note on the 20th asking for the seperate version but the note has not been read yet.

I'm not sure what I should do, should I message them

Well, it depends if the artist has been active and simply avoiding the note, or if they have been away from DA entirely and thus haven't seen the note to read it yet. Hopefully the artist is simply away and will get back to you once they return, as opposed to actively avoiding your message.

Good call! I've checked my inbox right now and I noticed they've been updating some of their artworks so that they'd pop up in people's inboxes again. That might've happened yesterday since I did not check in yesterday and clear my inbox almost every day.

That's unfortunate to hear that they seem to be ignoring your note. I can't understand why the artist would be hesitant over sending completed work after having posted it in a large image. Perhaps they think it's not required or something.
