Alayna had to be moved to the main NICU again. She can't keep down any of her formula today and she is just so fussy. They were mainly concerned because the last time she brought up her formula, she also vomited bright yellow, which could be a sign of a stomach blockage. They sent her for a scan of the upper & lower GI tonight to rule out

You can do it. Your daughter is gorgeous and wants to be with you just as much as you want her home with you. You will be both be stronger because of this experience, and it's amazing what you won't take for granted as she grows up.
We had many days of "he's coming home tomorrow" "oh wait he can't now..." it's so frustrating, but soon you will look back on this time and realize it really did fly by and some of the nurses will be in your mind for a long time. We actually had withdrawls after coming home, but we're normal now. We go back and visit the nicu too, they love to see they're graduates!
