The giant came and spoke to him. And then he hit him a lot. Hol fell down. He's very badly hurt.

I am fine.

Hol is standing, but I do not know if he is fine.

So he was trying to protect you after all... Why do boys always have to do things so... so backwards?

I can make some bandages and I have a bit of rubbing alcohol I found in the lavatory medicine cabinet. 6, do you know what blood is?

...Oh dear... Could you talk some sense into him? Maybe try to get him to go to the hospital with you? If he's badly hurt but it's not showing on the outside, it may mean he has internal damage and he'll need a doctor for that.
