So Last Night went pretty well All I ate was toast and nuts and some chips and then 2 of those shakes.
as far as my work out went I didnt think I was going to get it in 9 oclock rolled around and I started feeling lazy but once I got Downstairs I said fuck it and I worked out. I didnt get all of what I was hoping to get in but I got in just enough for a first time.
150 situps
60 pushups
50 lounges (25 each leg)
50 squats
100 jumping jacks
so for today!
Eaten So Far:
Shake For Breakfast, water and crackers at Lunch, Apple Jacks in 5th Hour. and a bagel with creme cheese and a milk a couple mins ago.
I plan to do:
300 Sit Ups
100 Push Ups
100 Lounges
100 Squats
200 Jumping Jacks
and Stretch
All when I get home from tryouts. Basically I plan to double up just about everything I did yesterday except pushups. --Im to weak. But thats all for now. Byes
