i'm disgusted
and my heart is broken
the CW cancelled Veronica Mars, the best most intelligent and interesting show on tv.
but the ratings were low
i mean, how can Veronica - a hot quick witted petite P.I with a 3-demensional character and an amazing cast - compete? What with CSI's stupid plot lines and the way the writers dumb down the scripts as though 5 year olds were watching it, or the Search for the next Pussycat Doll, with its bouncing jiggly parts and quasi talented contestants. how would Veronica Mars fit into a television prime time so watered down by rediculousness? she's too smart and witty and strong for a reality-tv-obsessed society. i'm not saying you can't watch reality tv (bc i watch one), but mix it up with some good interesting provocative intelligent dramas or comedys.
with the cancelation of this AND gilmore girls (which was already started to be fettered with stupidness) what does tv have to offer me? its just getting dumber and dumber.
and FUCK the CW. i'm only watching that for ANTM and thats it. which is incredibly sad.
