(no subject)
i'm SO EXCITED FOR THIS WEEKEND I CAN'T WAIT TILL IT GETS HERE!!!
me and ez are going up to Tallahassee. Should be loads of fun. going to a surprising but sure to be great coming out party for emas. and of course, i can't wait to see anna and the rest of the gang up there.
tonight and tomorrow are sure to be stressful. its Passover (my FAVORITE jew holiday) but this year me and my mom are setting up the seder. meaning i have to cook lots of food. and as some of you know, i've been known to burn noodles, so we'll see how that turns out. AND i have to cook meat. now that's gonna be hard. but i must remain strong and fight the urge to lick my fingers or bite any stray pieces.
but even with the stress, this holiday makes me LOVE being jewish. its just great to have this immense history and even though i really have nothing to do with it, its kind of crazy that maybe my blood shares some dna properties with some ancient jews. i mean, my family had to come from somewhere, right? wouldn't it be crazy if there was a way to find out if your ancestors were part of the events in the old testament? i mean, i doubt that has anything to do with me, but the fact that it could, even in the smallest sense, is kinda cool. both my parents are 100% jews, as am i. so you never know!

ps. evs is my new hip term for "whatever". truth be told, it was on a TV show, but i like it. spread the WORD :)
