So, either tonight or last night, I can't remember which, Woodhaven, Allen Park, and the other Southgate Mchells have all stopped doing midnights, leaving the one I work at the only one who is open for midnights, besides I think Trenton. Don't quote me on that. But my store manager's words to us: 'we'll only pick up a little business'. And like fools, we believed her.
Last night was definitely a hell night and we're hoping that it was just because of the football game. Because if we're gonna get as busy as Woodhaven apparently used to be, then I want an extra person that I know I will never get. Because 'we don't make enough money' even though the sheets clearly state that we're between 100 and 600 bucks over projection. We're over projection on car counts too, but I'm not so sure about that number. That's a whole different set of sheets that I have no idea how to do.
But whatever.
We have another car. That doesn't look all rusted out, had the transmission replaced, and a new motor head. It's a Chevy Lumina and red apparently. I haven't looked at it yet, but I plan to in about...three minutes when I leave. So...Yay!
