I have done NOTHING
Everything's cut once again because we all know I like to rant but sometimes, you just don't wanna see it. :P
This weekend...I'm glad it's over. I hate training new people. That said, I hate training two at once. Then, throw in 4/20 which means stoners everywhere, and we have a mess. And to the guys who ordered almost $62.00 worth of food? (I really wish I was joking/ printed that receipt for keeping. I swear, largest breakfast order to date.) I hate you and hope you all choked on that food.
That and my manager doesn't know how to train people. Instead of putting the new service guy up front with me, she kept him in back booth so he didn't learn a lick of anything that needed to be cleaned and the new grill guy isn't very strong yet. So, we have the grill guy struggling to learn everything quick-style, the new service guy is just confused as hell what to do and I'm stressing out trying to keep everything in some sort of order until my manager finally gets her damn paperwork done. It usually doesn't take 2.5 hours to do it. I'm not paid enough to go through that bullshit.
So, Sunday comes along, we're dead, but I'm still stressed. See, the new service guy that didn't learn how to clean everything during Friday and Saturday? Well, he got to learn it all. And hopefully he remembered it for tonight because the grill person that was there last night doesn't know service at all and from what I heard, the other midnight manager's still not feeling too well. Oh well. Here's hoping that Wednesday isn't hell.
So, after all that funshit, had yesterday off. Did the usual banking thing, and Best Buy finally had BBB vol. 2~ And I finally got to hear what Zelmen's voice was like and it's just so awesome!!! It's suave, evil, and so him. I love all these reltively new people they had for this series, because the new people are kicking ass. Maybe the string of bad dubs are coming to an end for awhile. Because really, where the anime released is at an all time high, the quality of the releases have really been gong down hill.
That, and I found out that Crystal owns King of Bandit Jing, which I had searched all over for. So I watched all 13 episodes on Friday before work. And am downloading the OVA. I really hope it's the English Dub, because amazingly, I like it. Although Kir's voice grated on me at first, sort of like Lina's did in Slayers. However, like Lina's, after a few episodes, you can't help but love it. It really fit his character once the actor figured out how much of a pervert that bird is. I want a sarcastic bird who can turn into a kick ass weapon...
That and someone uploaded all 5 of the OVAs for Kyou Kara Maou which of course, I downloaded and watched last night after a rather nice nap. Although I'm still looking for the subbed episodes of season three, which they're finally doing. I haven't exhausted all my streamline resources yet, and I'm sure that it's somewhere. Where I love raws, I can't understand more than maybe a work or phrase here and there. Maybe that's what I'll do later today. Look for the elusive season three. XD
I've also been listening to old songs I played for marching band. Like 'Pictures at an Exhibition', Stravinski's three dances, and looking for video of old winter guard shows. That I can't find anywhere. Plus, the winter guard circuit's site took down the archive of all the old pictures, so I can't even get the pictures anywhere. I really want to find the songs that I did those two years I was in it. Can't understand a lick of French or Italian, but they were pretty!!
Plus, I need to find the old episodes of Sonic the Hedgehog, the series where Sonic's uncle was half robot and it was dark and awesome. One of the more mature cartoons from back in the day that Michael and I used to watch ever Saturday on ABC. yes, I remember stupid little shit like that. Just for shits and giggles, it came on at 9:00am. Right after the Adams Family cartoon. I remember such stupid little stuff...
So..that's what I've been doing. I've been trying to get my muse off her ass too. It hasn't worked so far, although I did end up creating a new creature for Nirvana, which I needed. I have plans to have ten creatures as 'keys' which are used to keep the Elementals, who can destroy the world, locked away. It was either create a new creature or use a Bishop Fish. No, really. I was that desperate.
Hopefully, I'm inspired by the time I wake up. :P
