Yesterday was amazing. Not only did I get to talk with artist Mel Chin about doing some kind of collaborative project in Lansing (i'm meeting with him again today!!), but I saw snowdrops and little yellow flowers in bloom, and best of all, at like 7pm I saw a BEAVER in the river. Flat paddle tail, large as a raccoon, cute little rodent face, hauling sticks around in the water. Beaver.
