I would love to actually make this, however the small Boston apartment and the lack of tools sort of precludes this. Oh, yes and let's not forget the lack of time. =)

I also have the instructions on how to build an EL blade.

It seems like a natural progression from what you are doing now. =) None of the parts looked very expensive and the assembly did not look too complicated, plus it would be a way to take what you are doing now to the next level. =)
