failed!
I failed training, I wasnt making connections with my customers. O.O; ok, that means I have one more chance to take training over. 1 more week other wise I need to locate another job. On the flip side, I get to have this entire weekend off, and um...get one more night at roanime xD
But for the most part I am highly pissed! I mean, look at all my numbers, it shows that I am good at what I am doing. And they happen to pull the first call of the day almost everyday. They claim with my personality that Im not making a connection with customers. And that means Im not engaging them in conversation. O.o; okies if they say so.
