So what does a Secure Iraq look like?
The day after we leave, the Prime Minister accuses the Vice President of running Hit Squads. The Vice President flees to the Autonomous Kurdish Regions where he is Immune from Prosecution. There is no way of knowing whether or not the Vice President of Iraq is guilty of this, but he is probably Guilty of Something, just as the Prime Minister surely is. If Baghdad gets the guy from the Kurds somehow, he will surely be tortured and executed in a truly Democratic Fashion.
