someone please explain to me, why do electronic manufacturers wrap their products in thick, hard and secure plastic, making poor customers like us severe a finger while trying to retrieve it. it was the same for my (now deceased) mp3 player, usb cables, earphones and mouse. tell me my faithful electronic-user friend, how do you open those cases without wrestling the box on your lap with a heavy duty knife?
