Scalia and Thomas: I'm lovin' 'em
Ok, so I decided to change over to a new journal, with a new name. I have lots of reasons for it, about which I do not feel like discussing.
If you are on this friends list, read this, and find yourself interested, feel free to add "Noblehand" to your new friends list. This is, of course, assuming you want to read an entire journal about how awesome Justices Scalia and Thomas are. Every post will be about how awesome they are, I assure you.
Also, if you choose to add the new journal you should also find it hilarious when I refer to retired Justice Sandra Day O'Connor as Sandra D. If that isn't funny to you, well you're wrong, it is funny.
Sadly, Learned Hand was taken and I had to settle for his cousin, Augustus Noble Hand. Thats ok though because Noble Hand made some pimpin' decisions himself, including declaring Ulysses to not be obscene and also that importing contraceptives was not obscene.

Those of you who may be wondering, I am still in contact with that special entity known as "The Sophist". Feel free to submit questions via e-mail or comments and I will relay them to him for his consideration. Note that you may now ask legally-themed questions of the sophist, as he has finished his 1L year and now knows everything there is to know about the law.
